I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. To avoid a late cancellation fee of $100, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellation fees are not covered by insurance.

Health care providers are required to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. 

• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. 

• Your health care provider is required to give you a Good Faith Estimate at least 1 business day in advance of your appointment or scheduled service. 

• If you receive a bill that is $400 or more than the Good Faith Estimate provided, you can dispute the bill. 

• Save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate
