About Me

In my ten years of experience working in mental health, I’ve worked in diverse settings, including college mental health, non-profits, private practice and advocacy. Each has shaped my compassionate, non-judgmental approach to therapy. My passion lies in supporting clients through some of their most difficult moments by creating a safe, empowering space where they feel truly heard.

I specialize in helping individuals with trauma, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, women’s issues (including PMDD, pregnancy, and gender discrimination), life transitions, career challenges, burnout, and self-esteem.

My approach is deeply client-centered and tailored to meet each person’s unique needs. Together, we’ll co-create a meaningful therapy experience—whether that involves learning practical tools to tackle specific challenges, exploring past experiences that may be difficult to overcome, or reconnecting with your strengths to build a more empowered life. I also believe that healing and growth can include moments of levity, so don’t be surprised if you find yourself laughing during our sessions!

I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach, drawing from my training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), along with feminist, strengths-based, relational, and attachment-focused perspectives.
